I am very excited to come back to the beautiful and resonant Old Church in Stoke Newington.

Full Moon is a special opportunity to let go completely of stale energy and drink from the peak of your vibrance.

This special ceremony consists of guided relaxation and a meditative soundscape created with the sounds of different instruments such as Gongs, Himalayan Bowls, Bells, Conch, flutes, and Synthesisers.

These instruments with their distinctive, textures, qualities and harmonics can facilitate, relaxation and an altered state of consciousness (ASC) welcoming more unified thinking, self-awareness, openness, creativity, and energetic shifts. This special Sound journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self-reflection and co-creation through sound.

This event is limited to 30 people and registration is required. Everybody is welcome. You do not need to have any knowledge or experience with meditation. Please come in comfortable warm clothes, and bring a mat if you would like to lie down. Sitting is also available.
