I am very excited to come back to the beautiful and resonant Old Church in Stoke Newington for this powerful first New Moon of the New Year

The best way to start 2024 is a cleansing sound immersion. I warmly invite you to join me f at the Old Church.

This special Sound journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self-reflection and co-creation through sound.

The ceremony will begin with a brief guided relaxation, followed by a meditative soundscape created by various planetary Gongs including the Earth, Sun, and Jupiter, an exceptional universal symphonic Gong, and the mysterious Sound Creation. With differing vibrations, textures, qualities, and harmonics, these instruments can facilitate relaxation and an altered state of consciousness (ASC).

Research suggests that staying in ASC for an extended period can soften the ego state, resulting in more unified thinking, self-awareness, openness, creativity, energetic shifts, and physical benefits such as lowered blood pressure and reduced levels of the stress hormone cortisol in the blood.

This event is limited to 40 people, and registration is required. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or knowledge of meditation. Please bring an intention with you.
